Thin wefts of hair are sandwiched around your natural hair using a medical-grade adhesive. They lay very flat against the head, which is excellent for thin hair. ### 3\. K-Tips (Keratin Bonds) If you love high ponytails and versatile styling, K-tips provide 360-degree movement. These are individual strands bonded to your hair using a keratin protein.
